Well worth a 'smiley'. Detail and colours are good, you've caught that metallic sheen really well.

Superb detail, especially on the wings. Clearly your Cannon is a superior camera with an excellent lens. Nevertheless, it takes skill to get this close to the subject to produce such an amazing image. Your skill has improved greatly in the few months I've been in TN and you have provided me with a lot of pleasure in sharing the fauna and flora of Argentina. I hope you publish many more, well done and congratulations on number 100.
Excellent shot Ricardo! This is one that really benefits from the large view with the great detail seen. May I ask what type of macro lense or set-up your are using to get your shots? Congratulations on your 100th! Thanx for all your input over the last few months. It has helped me tremendously.

Ricardo, an image for national geographic. Excelent details, sharp, crisp image.
A great post!
Until now, 100 of 104 photos resulting from Argentina were sent by Ricardo. If an image is worth one thousand words, Ricardo wrote us here a fabulous chapter of a book on the recent natural history of his country. I believe that we have to be grateful to him for it. Thanx for have stayed on TN, Ricardo, ready for another chapter?

Hi Ricardo, thanks for your recent comments on my blue-tailed damselfy shot. This one is excellent. I like your panoramic style composition here with the curve of the leaf along the bottom. Also you have captured a very good pose and the details and colours are very good. Great work on all versions and TFS.
I'm always impressed by drafonflies shots. This one is the most impressive I've ever seen. There are so many details in the large version! The colors are beautiful and the composition is excellent.
