This small grasshopper was jumping on a leaf in a small shrub in the yard of my house… it measured 8 mm approximately
I found the colors clear and attractive, unfortunally I do not know its identification: ( the image was cut a little for better composition

You are kind Taba in your comments as per my photos and your professional quality work is certainly well worth the return praise. this very sharply focused grasshopper is like none I have ever seen. I wonder.. grasshoppers have such a large sub species...I am always amazed in one way and wondering why all the drab coloured ones are left here in the US? Well 'Change has Come' they say...Thanks for sharing sir!

Oi Taba,

A very beautiful macro on a very delicate grasshopper. Nice shot.

Hello Taba,
What a cute little creature! Like you say the colors and patterns are very attractive. And not easy to take a sharp picture with these long antennae. Bravo!
Thanks so much and I hope you will find the ID.
