[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There are four years ago a turdus leucomelas (Pale-breasted Thrush) couple construct a nest at one of the windows of my apartment. From two eggs it was born two baby birds and in the right time they got fly. Four years later (2008) my husband notice that a turdus leucomelas couple is constructing a nest at the same window and place!
Perceiving that the mommy was getting out to obtain meal I looked at the nest. For my surprise it was there eight eggs! Then I took this shot and decide to follow all the process from eggs to fly. This shot is the first of a series that will have a generic title “Turdus Leucomelas”. They are plump, soft plumaged, small to medium sized insectivores or sometimes omnivores, often feeding on the ground. Many have attractive songs. I hope you enjoy it.

Olá Elza

Bonitos os ovinhos, tão bonitos quão bonitos serão os sábiazinhos que irão nascer. Fazem-me lembrar os ovos de cordoniz, só que mais bonitos no meu ver
