This group of beetles (genus Ectinogonia) belongs to family Buprestidae, better known as "jewel beetles" group.
The better known Ectinogonia is Ectinogonia buqueti (in the picture) who inhabits in the north-central area of Chile.

are well presented although resolution could be a bit better.
