it's a wasp-mimicking longicorn beetle of the genus Mecometopus, the species is very close to M. leprieuri from French Guyana

Nice picture with nice natural color. Even if the pov is very good, I think you should rotate the image 180 degree in order to have looking upward. Nice details ! TFS,
