Grapsus grapsus known as red rock crab or Sally Lightfoot crab. These red-colored crabs are found in great numbers on the Galapagos Islands. Sitting on the black lava rocks they make a wonderful subject.

Hello Djozz
great and unusual capture with fine details on the subject. Excellent contrast between the red-color crabs and black lava rocks.

I like the contrasting colours of the crab and rock, great shot

A fine composition indeed Djozz, the brightly coloured and beautifully patterned crab on a starkly black, rough lava rock, all in perfect exposure and focus. TFS this fine image.
