I would like to suggest 'PhotoFiltre', a free and simple to use software. You can crop, sharpen, reduce size easily with this software.

Hello Joe, a nice pov and colours there seems to be sharper background and the bird is a bit out of focus you probably were too near closer than the minimum focusing distance some grain also rgds Necip keep clicking rgds Necip
Very good the POV to show us this beautiful bird!
I know is not an easy shot to do, due to the grille.
Did you do a close crop of the original image?
It seems it lost some resolution in the image size, or perhaps used a high ISO setting.
When shooting this kind of pictures, in zoo, its helpful to use the smaller DOF value in order to have the background (the grille of the cage in this case) out of focus and appreciate better the main subject.
