Found this little fellow while taking shots of a family of cardinals. I'm not sure what he is so any help would be apriciated.

PP: Increased contrast and color a but, cropped sharpened and resized for TN.

A side profile might help. Front ways,Female house finch, Pine siskin, who knows? I need those wing bars.
Not sure on your approach, maybe you could have gone in closer. If it is a siskin, they are not spooked.
