[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Raven , Corvus corax , Tr: Kuzgun , is a biggest passerine or songbird in The World. 60-65 cm length and 120 cm wingspan , also known as a smartest bird . Ravens are all black but in good light and definite angle of light its feathers reflects metallic blue color as you see my photo , photo taken at Beypazari garbage dump with 300 mm F:4 Lens using panning method , thanks.

Hi Akif, what a nice flight image of the raven.
As you said, the blue metallic colours come out really well against the lighter background.

Hello Akif,
This is such a difficult task to expose those birds correctly and you succeed very well! I like this composition a lot and the fact that we can see so many great details, even its eye! Did you know that referring to some recent studies, Ravens are on the top of the bird's intelligence scale, even before raptors and way before Doves which are at the bottom :) Thanks,

Hi Akif,

You have really caught the color of this raven! The details are so sharp that we can even see his eye. The wings are marvelous. The bird shows off wonderfully against the light bg.
