Hi Abdolreza,
No, certainly not an Upcher's (most Hippolais warblers resemble Acrocephalus Reed-Warblers). This is a Sylvia. My best guess is that this is an adult male Sylvia communis icterops (passage migrants in your zone during this time of the year on their way to Africa).

Very beautiful image with wonderful pose of the bird and excellent composition with both the diagonall lines of the small brnch and the warbler.
