The common tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) is a perennial herbaceous flowering plant of the aster family.
Its terminal clusters scented buttonlike are particulary attractive. For many years, tansy has been used as a medicinal herb.

La tanaisie commune (Tanacetum vulgare) est une plante herbacée vivace de la famille des astéracées.
Ses capitules floraux parfumés en formes de boutons sont particulièrement attractifs. Depuis des années, la tanaisie est connue pour comme plante médicinale.

That's a lot of flowers, and in one plant!! Marvelous. Very nice colours. Your BG is oké. But your composition is not perfect, maybe you forget the rule of 1/3 ? You centered your composition. Regards and TFS Bob

I like this pic of Tansy....but would have been nice to see more of the plant. Good depth of field.

I think I have photographed this one myself, but had no idea of the name (as usual)..!
Fine details in the focal area, the colour combination yellow and green is as always attractive...
