Hello Scott,
After taken a look at this gorgeous image I'm anxiously waiting for the next 99 :)
Wonderful capture of this curious squirrel.
Very cute image.
Love the low shooting angle due to wich the viewer is at eye level with the squirrel.
Sharpness and ligting are excellent and due to that details are wonderful.
Thanks for sharing.
Have a nice Sunday,
Harry

Hi Scott,

This shot really made me laugh - there's a great humour to it. I imagine you used bait to get it where you wanted, and it seems to have worked well.
Getting down low was the right thing to do, although if you'd used a wider aperture you'd have been able to isolate the squirrel more from the slightly distracting background. Using a longer focal length (looks to me like you used the wide end of your zoom) would also have have had the same effect.
I think the shot would have had more impact if you'd taken it in better light - it's a bit dull at the moment.
Despite these issues, your shot has a lot of charm and I like it a lot.

Cheers,
Ben
