Fringilla coelebs L., 1758 – İspinoz [TR], Chaffinch [EN]
is a small bird of the family Fringillidae and it is one of two species of the genus Fringilla L., 1758 in Turkiye. Other is Fringilla montifringilla (L., 1758) – Dağ İspinozu [TR], Brambling [EN].
In breeding season, F. coelebs is seen in woodlands, parks, gardens and hedgerows. It is in gardens and farmland in winter.
There is a sexual dimorphism between males and females. This shot shows more colored male with seed of apple in its bill.
It ranges in Europe, most commonly, troughtout Turkiye, Western Asia and North Africa. It is seen in all regions of Turkiye.

Fine capture of a male Chaffinch, good pose, fine POV, sharp and well composed with good BG and nicely framed by the twigs and branches.

Dr yaygın bir ama güzel bir foto, eline sağlık. Ben de trakus sitesine bir serçe ekledim. Bir arkadaşımız serçeler aslında çirkin değildir, sadece sayıları çok fazladır yazmış. Sanırım bu durum ispinoz için de geçerli. Foto çekerken hep ikinci plana itiyoruz ama aslında çok güzel kuşlar. Eline sağlık. Mustafa
