|This is a shot from the Q mountain, Quartzsite. There, you can discover several ferrocacti, most of them are adult subjects, I've even seen one unrooted by the rain... There are a few small mammillarii, with red fruits.|
That ferro is a baby, it's only10 - 12 cm diameter (about 4 - 5 inches).
I was surprised by the quality of the colors, as long as it's one of my first shots with that camera (I'm a beinner).
