I really like the crispness of your silhouette Donna, and the color is superb. It definitely bodes well for the rest of the day. I'm not sure I like the photo melting into the black frame. A tiny, tiny gray line to separate the two I think might be effective.

Normally a sunrise/sunset with a clear sky does not move me as much as one with spectacular clouds in the mix, but you've managed this one very well with the water, shore, and trees in the mix. Very appealing! Good job!

May you as well be richly blessed today this Sunday as I have just come via TV live the Mass at Notre Dame. A wonderful picture of the lake in its glory. It suffers tremendous storms which come when one is unaware in summertime. Many have been lost..and yet my father and I went so far out we could barely see the shoreline. My fathers ashes rest there now...You bring a tear to my eye this AM as I have seen my father through your lens...and not far SW of this is Fairport Harbour where all of my wifes maternal parents and grandparents lived. Wonderful and colorful capture.
