A fantastic portrait from you of this wonderful barn owl!
This photo reminds me of the one you used for example on you new (and very good) tutorials from your website :)
It's a terrific shot - one with impeccably clear details and an amazing contrast between the owl and pretty much around it. Of course i really like the natural setting for this shot - with the lovely mossy branch that the subject is resting one - i think it adds a lot to the shot itself.
The fact that you managed such a terrific eye-contact here is really a treat...and i'm sure you were happy with that yourself ;)
The overall result is (again) fantastic and deserves to be entered in contests (it will definitely be commented a lot) :)

Hello Miles, it's the first time I think that I come to your fabulous gallery. This shot is excellent and it's nice to see both your picture of this owl with that of Joey's... yet yours has a different quality with a different eye.
