Hi Bob, great shot and great notes! It is so funny, I took a very very similar picture a couple of months ago, with the moon seen through pine branches. Maybe this is just to prove we are all interconnected... which we really are, that's for sure as far as I am concerned. I have to resist posting my picture and criticising yours is like criticising mine... euh, sounds familiar, doesn't it? Besides, I also realize you influence my photography a lot, because it corresponds to what I am looking for... nature and being with nature. And here, we see the imitated becoming the imitator ;-))) Thanks a lot to you, Mr. Blue Boy,
francine

Hi Bob,
How beautiful! Besides the excellent moon what really strikes me are rich deep colors of the sky and leaves. All I can say is I love it.

Hi Bob. I belive the Moon plays a big part in are lives and in so many ways. I like the way your notes tell use about the planting of seed and when to do so just as any farmer will know. Your picture is a little different with the tress out of focus and the full detail in the moon. with rich colours. But it works for me. well done TFS.

Hi Bob!
My first thought on this shot was why not taking a bigger dof - then I thought a smaller dof, and then I ended up in the conclusion this is the right one :)
So if not the dof, there is something very unusual in this composition, that makes it unique while very very simple, and not in a way when you feel something's not right - I find it very charming but I can't tell why... Feeling of harmony comes through geometry to me but this time it's something else. Read through the critiques too but still no guess. If you can tell me what's the trick please do so! By the time I'll put it to my favs theme as I do with remarkable questions for myself.
Your notes were very useful too, I knew the stuff about atp and all but never thought of the other thing, I thought only capillarity moves water up.
Very good work where it was good spending some time on, thanks!
Best regards,
Andor

Hi bob,
Very nice image, having only the moon in focus makes this photo very unique. My eyes went straight to the moon to enjoy after the rich colours around it!
Beautifully done!

Beautiful colors, well composed. One wonders whether you wrote the note in support of the picture or took the picture in support of the note. :)

This is a daring crack at the moon, Bob, and you have produced a picture with wonderful effects.
Whereas the moon is in sharp focus, the blurred trees in the foreground create a marvellous effect.
The sky is so deep blue the whiteness of the moon goes very well with it.
Thanks for sharing this unique image.

Hi Bob,
You've framed the moon so nicely, and the deep blue sky is enchanting.
And your title is so creative ;-}
Just kidding - And from one carbon based life form to another, a very nice job mf,

Hello Bob
Wonderful colours and lighting.
Nicely composed, this shot is very attractive.I keep looking at it.
The colours are bright and vivid.
They say blue and green should not be seen except in the washing machine, but THEY were wrong.
