Greening of Maple Trees
Now this looks like springtime. My mesquite has recently lost all of its leaves and your Maple is beautiful and green! This is such a simple shot and so lovely. Beautiful colors against the blue sky.

lovely to see these green shoots, a sure sign of the seasons change. Excellent detail and punchy colour.
All that air con makes me worry...it's so heavy on the carbon output and we Brits are starting to take up the habit too..it's ironic, as global warming increases, the summers get hotter, meaning we need more air con to cope...which just perpetuates the problem..oh well, at least it's Friday i guess :o)
Have a good weekend Mr Shannon,

The green flowers of your maples are very similar to ours, Bob.
This is one of Nature's quirks, the green flowers making the maple look like it is coming into leaf but I think pollinating insects see the difference as they can see it differently as they have UV vision.
This ia a very nice presentation of the maple in flower and it is sharp and well composed.
Thanks for sharing this and have a good weekend.

So the Maple was in flower already 9 days ago! I'm so glad spring is coming your way and I hope life will improve at your end even though you miss your wonderful wilderness.
I'm not keen on winter either and have often dreamed of a life in the tropics but I'm sure I'd miss our seasons that really make life more interesting in many respects. I wonder what summer temperatures you get where you are?
This is a beautiful and cheerful spring capture of the Maple in flower and against a lovely blue sky! Well done!
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

A good indicator of the approaching spring Bob, perfectly captured in a colorful mood with a fine bluish BG. Some browneries (in contrast to "greeneries"), relicts of the past winter, remind us that after the colorful seasons, unavoidably we will face the winter again...

lovely shot of the spring greening of Maple Trees,
fine POV, excellent DOF, behind the yellow-green colours
i love to see too the blue sky, lovely luminosity of the image,
P.S. here our Maple Trees are still far to be like your image's,
but today i heard for the fisrt time of the year the cry
(with out seeing it) of the red-winged blackbird,
and for the first time of the year i saw on the snow
(i could'nt shot in photo) the beautiful American Robin,
it is spring i am happy even if every where is still white snow

Can't really say why I like this one... the light green and blue combination plus it's flowing lines are very pleasing to the eye.

A nice capture of this green maple. It is the first time I am seeing this in my life. Very good details and a lovely composition. Thanks a lot for sharing.
With all that snow you guys are greening up already! WOW! I hope the trees are being foolishly optimistic. :)
A very interesting shot...again. You have that touch...I think you and Pablominto both have a way of taking something the rest of the world misses and photographing it in such a way that it becomes REAL art. WOW! I wanna learn how to do that.

Very beautiful shot of the 'greening', Bob!As usual, you've got this exceptional eye for detail, and use it wonderfully well, making things so ordinairy, look so beautiful and aesthetic!
very well done!

It seem that spring is faster in your area compared to my region. The green buds on the branches are an eye catcher. It is the beginning of spring. The subject is well framed. The different tints of colors are an asset to the composition. Have a nice day.
