First of all: A warm welcome to TN!!!
What a wonderful shot of this Crested Lark.
Love the pose of the bird turning the head a little to keep you in close eye contact.
Lovely how the bird pushes the head feathers up.
Great composition giving the bird lots of space on the left hand side to look in to.
Beautiful contrast between the duller colors of the background and feathersof the bird and the wonderful colors of the flowers.
Technically perfect shot with outstanding sharpness, clarity and exposure.
Excellent work. I really hope to see more of these great uploads from you in the near future.

This is a very good first picture ! Excellen sharpness and details, nice soft colors, beautiful POV, splendid blurred BG, and I also like the composition, with the bird sitting on the right side and the big empty space at his left. Welcome to TN and what a fantastic post to start off with. This Crested Lark is magnificent. I love the pose on the rock with the very pretty flowers. Wonderful natural colors and fine details. The background is perfect. The only thing missing are some notes about this superb shot.
