Hi Goldy
As I said in my previous critique on your elephant photo, there might be various reasons for posting a specific shot and here you have mentioned some reasons that actually go beyond the direct visual value of the photo as such. You lament the plight of the dwindling tiger population of the world, but highlight the success story and at the same time are creating awareness of the Jim Corbett National Park. The interesting part is that you do it by showing us the staple food source of the tigers, the Chitals. Btw, there are 49 animals and it was easy to get the correct number. I counted their legs and divided it by 4 (chuckle).
Well done and TFS.
Regards
Loot

Hi Goldy,
A wonderful scene and all the deer are a bonus. Jim Corbett National Park must be a magnificent place if this is an example. It's hard to imagine that peaceful looking river did so much damage. I love the composition.
Jane
Interesting shot in the vertical, that's a nice size herd Goldy..
Looks like about fifty :)
Well done & TFS,

Dear Goldy,
Great to see deer heard at Corbett; but this could be the result of declining number of predators ! Bravo for this capture :).
