Dear Selene,
That very reflection is something that gets you to say "Open sesame"...this is an ethereal shot Selene so much so for the mosquito bites that you suffered. I cant imagine how you would have felt standing there capturing this superb scene in your frame.Absolutely breathtaking, i love the diagonal contours you have got in here, the far away lights , the smattering of blue as if colour burst on water and finally those little rocks in water that have a 3D appearance. Initially i thought them to be rolling off the slope and then i realised they were there in the water. Truly magnificent and into my favourites.

Wonderful comp & impact, the late light color & sky across the water is fabulous..And as you say, your bout with the insects should prepare you well for where you're headed. Be safe..

Wow, another awesome trip. I do envy you that you have the opportunity to make these trips. I am glad that you are sharing your experience through TN though.
Its a wonderful photo, with great perspective. Its a bit surprising to see that such a long exposure didn't give you much movement in either clouds or grasses
