[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this photo two days ago in Lublin Botanical Garden.

This is flower of well known plant Geranium phaeum called Mourning Widow Geranium probably because of dark burgund (sometimes almost black) colour of flowers.

There is plenty of these on the slopes of ravines in the botanical garden.
This plant likes shadow, but in colder climates it can grow on the sunny meadows as well.

The whole plant is quite inconspicuous, but the small flowers are very beautiful and the colour is, no doubt, very special.

Great arty shot Monika. Dark or almost black flower are very rare in nature, thanks for sharing it! I like composition - it looks like floating in green space. Very good work!
