Just checking in again a little bit :)

I'm still here and i'm popping in on TN once in a while, but still with time only to look at some photos and that's it :(
I do what to thank everyone for their time and nice words on my previous photos! I know i haven't had time to return my critiques, but i hope this is only a passing stage.

Anyway, this is another shot i took on my last trip to England.
Here you have the Old Harry Rocks you've seen in other photos (probably better than this), but it's a place i really loved and that look MUCH better in real life, so i thought i post this shot :) There was a little wind so that made the flowers from the FG a bit blurry...but i'm still happy with the result since this is the original shot (no crop at all).

Hope you'll like it :)

You can check out some more photos i took here on my website.

Hi Horia,
you can almost see my house from here ;o) Great to see another shot from this spot from somebody else - maybe we should create a joint theme on our days shooting?? Great POV and even though the light wasn't great, your composition has more than made up for it and produced a top shot. Well done my friend, looking forward to the ones from Kimmeridge..
Paul

Hello Horia,
The composition and the depth are excellent.
You used the Cokin filters very well.
The yellow flowers in the foreground are effective and add colour to the image. The OOF from the latter are probably due to the wind in combination with the long shutter speed.
Well done
TFS
Annick

Hi Horia,
I was thrilled to gather that some of you TNers were together at Dorset in the middle of this month.
I envy you for having the pleasure of looking at vistas such as this one and thank you for sharing with us a picture of this place.
Talking about the picture, I think this is the most unusual point of view that results into a masterpiece. I love that flowers-strewn triangle of land in the foreground.
The colours and contrasts endow this image with a high level of aesthetic richness that is rare to see on TN.
Hope you enjoyed your trip to England.
Best regards,
Ram

Your technique certainly meshes well with Paul's in this arena...Very nicely seen..it has a double meaning...perhaps you are a Prince Harry fan?:-) Just a tongue in cheek humour...a fine image and super DOF Horia. You did well on your trip. Glad to see you back posting.

Hello Horia,
This was certainly worth going to England for!! Brilliant capture of this unique seascape from a superb viewpoint with the yellow flowers in the foreground as a contrast to the dark sea and the white cliffs. Great sharpness and superb light and colours. Excellent work!
Many thanks and kind regards, Ulla

Hi Horia

A beautiful shot of this classic view. Very reminiscent of Paul's style.

I have walked this path many times.

James

Hi Horia,
yet another stunner. As I mentioned to Paul, when he posted his cloudy day photo, I actually like the lighting in it. The same like to the light I have in yours. The very soft light just gives this great soft feel to it. The thick layer of clouds does have good texture and makes the sky perfect. I love the motion captured in the flowers and how the color of the flower seems to return in different parts of the composition.
TFS,
Niek

Hi Horia, very nice landscape shot, like your composition, with the movement in the back of the picture and the flowers in the left front. TFS Reina
