Hi Bob, just got back inside..had to go clean my pond pump filter :)
Well composed - I like the proximity here that shows this great detail and moss covered branches so well.
Very good color, exposure, and DOF mf.
Merci!
PS: Felt like writing French to you today!

And what a tree it is! Makes our Mesquites look pretty sickly. The contrast between this and your winter pictures are amazing - especially to someone who has forgotten what change of seasons means. Excellent pov - beautiful colors - superb composition.

Your photo speaks volumes on endurance, and the ability to stay strong and keep holding on to ones faith and beliefs.
The large moss covered tree, though tattered and torn a bit, has face many obstacals throughout it's lifetime.
In spite of this, it's roots have held firm, and refused to bend and compromise to all that it's environment can throw at it.

Looks something from a Tim Burton film. I reckon this image would look even moodier in B+W, I could see a headless horseman charging past at any moment.
Mr Glen signing out.

Trees are so interesting and this is no exception! It looks like a strange creature from Dr. Who ( A sort of space/science series on T.V.) Its features certainly have animal form rather than plant!
Great composition and lovely tones og green.
May thanks for your warm comments on 'Poppy Perfection'

J'aime beaucoup les photos d'arbres. Cette photo est assez particulières, on voit le côté rustique et le côté noble du pin.

i've missed a few of yours, but i'm gonna critique this one because i really like the detail and the shape of the branches. I love trees and all the different shapes and sizes they come in and this one's a beauty. Very nice rich colours and sharp focus, the lichen growing on the branches suggests this is a healthy place to visit..

I missed this picture which I like especially for its very fine different tones of greens. The composition is excellent too. It's a special place full of peace and serenity. I can hear the sounds of nature and my eyes see just beauty..
Thanks a lot for this marvellous picture

Your note is very informative. The tree on the left with branches that have different types of lines are assets to the composition. The details an colors are clear and precise. The subject is nicely frame. There is a good contrast between the colors. Have a nice day.
