Very nice action photo! Sharpness of the body and the head is excellent. DOF and composition are also very good. I think, a bit faster shutter speed may have been better.

Great catch of his pose, Joan. The duck is very sharp... in stop-action on his feet. He looks very intent on his effort to get on shore. Excellent POV and composition. TFS. : )

So well composed and so expressive. Yes - he seems to be working hard towards his goal. The blur actually is lending to drama and the clarity of the rest of the picture is perfect. Love it.
