[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
yellow onion Among ornamental onions, this is hardly the showstopper species. It stays low and the flowers are modestly sized, which means it's best planted in clusters. Even so, it's a nifty plant, worth growing and showing off where it can be seen up close. I especially like how the flowerhead emerges from one side of the pouch - the plant makes an attractively slender, very vertical impression at that stage, then goes to a more moppy form when the flowerhead splays open.

Érdekes növény, szép közeli fotó. Gratulálok!

Hi, Szabo,

beautiful capture! I like the contrast between the bright yellow plant and the dark background - creating a dreamy atmosphere. thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Jozsef,
Je préfčre cette publication ŕ ta précédente sur un sujet similaire sans doute ŕ cause de la couleur qui met bien le sujet en valeur avec un meilleur contraste.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
Gérard
