You go on surprising me! This picture looks fabulous! And it seems that you are able to take advantage of every situation. The overall atmosphere and the colours - although the look a little bit over-saturated to me - are wonderful.

Gorgeous view captured here Paul... I can see why you just had to stop and take it. :) Superb job of processing to bring out detail in the shadows and to produce such vibrant colors. Well done with one of, many, nature's spectacles. I too have some critiques to catch up on... TFS

You always seem to be at the right spot and at the right time! This is fabulous!! In spite of the poor light you manage to perform miracles here!! I lovel the POV and the colours are gorgeous.
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

How cool is that eh? Location and timing...You have the benefit of youth...well respecting the ratio...and your eyes will not let good images escape...to me this would be only eye candy and not something I could easily get on film...gosh..there I go showing my times again...or on pixels I guess...you have a certain knack...and I think you shall never lose it!

other then being technically very good at landscapes you have one more quality paul, thats is that you are always at the right place at the right time with the right equipments, this is another shot which proves my point,
the color tones looks so very beautiful and the composition very pleasing, you have captured the colors of the sunrise with good aesthetics, the reflections add to the beauty of the shot,
Another gen from the master of landscapes,
well done and tfs

I see what you meen, I can hardly believe that our shots were taken at the same time stood side by side. The colour ranges are completely different, if I did know better then I would have thought that yours was a sunset.
All of this aside it is a top shot of your usual high standard.

This is quite BRILLIANT - in colour and in composition.
Good focus - it's nice and sharply captured.
"Red sky in the morning - shepherds warning" No wonder you had rain!!!

A fantastic sunrise Paul, the colours are exceptionally good, and that fine wide angle lens of yours nicely exaggerated the perspective by stretching the depth of field, a fine effect indeed.

What a unique and wonderful picture of a rare scene. Superb selection of the subject and POV. Colours are fantastic as well as cloudy sky and reflection in the channel. Sharpness of the ground and trees are ultimate. Bravo. Perfect job.

Look at that sky! It looks so unreal but I know it must be natural seeing as all your shots are!
The colours are just incedible!
You can always count on Mother Nature to completely amaze you! :-)
Very well done mate!

Hello Paul, I missed so many beautiful pictures from you, it's incredible. This is a stunning sunrise, how beautiful it is and I think fall ofers the nicest ones. Lucky you are to rise up early in the morning, I wish I had the stamina to do it! ;-) Great colours, and walking in those fields must be magical. Thank you my friend!

This is just amazing!
Mother Nature cannot be beaten for finery!
The colours straddle the rainbow from one end to the other!
The stream makes the perfect lead-in and its reflections add depth to the overall effect.

This looks like a fine painting...the saturation makes it look like that, I guess, Paul....
Very well done!

There have been some great sunrises recently - I have only been getting up to look at them and then go back to bed for a while (hubby's alarm clock is at dawn at the moment)... need to cut back the hedge before I can get my tree.... that is this weekend's project... 10m of wild hedge to trim back - the rest is left wild... - only you have to wade in through chest high nettles to get to it!
picture - I love the composition - though I know I would almost definitely have found a way to stand (hopefully) in the water to get a lower angle... but that is me and my style... the colours remind me of one I took a few years ago (http://aramok.co.uk/photo_2398935.html) though I desaturated the colours because few believe they are real. Great shot.
