Hello Joe,
I suggest that this is Cicindela sumatrensis. However, focus and sharpness are a bit soft so that identification is difficult.

Tiger beetles are so rarely presented in TN gallery that there is always a great pleasure for me to watch them, as this is my favourite insect group :)
I will try to send you identification of this species soon :)
