Hello Ron
What a great moment captured.
The focus is excellent, with lovely eye contact.
The textures show well.
Very good low POV and well handled DOF.
The over all autumnal colours are super.
Great job.

Hi Ron,
a nice picture of the Chipmunk, the sharpness and details are very good, all hair in the fur are well seen.
The exposure are also good and the composition too.
A small nit is the light spot to the left, it's a bit distracting.
Well done.
Have a nice weekend,
/Gert

Hi Ron,
What a beautiful capture with low POV, super colors and details. There are some here also but they stay in the mountain near where I live and not in the residential area. I guess that there are too many predators here like cats and they prefer the mountain where they can hide everywhere. Well done!

Hi Ron,
Excellent image!! And my favorite rodent too. Just a superb shot, caught it perfectly, nice, sharp focus, perfect composition. That one goes into my favorites.
I have one that lives on my property, apparently lives in an old blocked-up drainage tile that used to take the water from my rain gutters. I see it pop out once in a while, never sits still long enough for a photo though.

They are quick....I know...but up in the wilderness they becaame friendly to me...as I fed them..here in the city they run as usual....this one goes straight into the classics...Glad you're back and posting! sometimes a few days off really helps eh?

Hi Ron,
Great capture of that chipmunk! Excellent detail and colors. They move so quickly that it's very difficult to get one focused in time to get a shot. I see you had a choice of cropping a bit too closely or leaving it as is. I might have cropped that piece out on the lower right, and then squared it off by cropping a bit from the other side. Very well done, in any case! TFS.
