What a strange color! Amazing.
I asked myself just the same question as you when I looked at it.
I'm not a specialist in mantis. I think I read long ago that the black and white marking inside the arms is a key for identification. If you have shots of it where it shows maybe you can post it in a workshop to help beter specialists.
I see several differences in morph. Therefore I think it is not Mantis religiosa.
