[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi! It was absolutely pitch black out at 2:00am, and I had to light this flower with my flashlight to be able to see it on my screen. I used a macro setting with flash turned to high. No tripod. My lense was only about an inch and a half away from this 3/4 inch wide flower. You should see the full screen version. Its magnificently clear...Thanks for viewing and any comments........

Hello Daniel, welcome to TN. This is a very nice first post. The colours are great. I like the composition but I think it could be improved by a little more room to the right to include the leaf and bring the flower head slightly off centre. Also perhaps a little more DOF to bring the all of the flower into focus - the top is a teeny bit soft in focus.

But it aint clover! It's called knapweed... And it is a big attraction to the gold finches we see!
