[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Mallorca's Formentor Peninsula is much visited by holidaymakers in Majorca, and is perhaps Majorca's best example of dramatic effect caused by mountains meeting the sea. This stunning part of Northern Mallorca at the northern end of the Serra de Tramuntana ia essentially a long headland of 12 miles.

This is fantastic, Stephen, absolutely fantastic. I also like very much the smooth and very soft water, the effect of a kind of fog at the back, the beautiful clouds. I love it and the perspective is perfect. Thank you!

Hi Stephen

Nice view of the Formentor Peninsula in Mallorca.
I like the clouds and the way they are moving in the sky, the sharpness of the full frame sensor is awesome...
nice colors and POV..DOF ... You do not mention the aperture or speed, but you used a tripod, the way the clouds and the sea looks, I imagine a long exposure...

Hi Stephen,
Excellent capture of this beautiful landscape; great POV and composition, excellent lighting and contrast, beautiful colours and DOF.

great shot! dramatic atmosphere. Very nice.

Hi Steve,
Looks like you are really having fun with that ND filter. Mine is ordered and should arrive soon. Any tips on the proper use of the filter?
Its great to see something different from this much visited island. Most what you see is the beach and its occupants drinking from early morning to the next early morning.
I love how you've used the rock edge to lead the eye and how you placed the two tips on the two 1/3 axis. Both clouds and sea received a wonderful texture from the long exposure.
