Hello Peter,
A very sharp capture of this oyster catcher.
Those red eye rims and that red beak really stand out against the black plumage.
A very eye-catching, handsome bird.
Great eye contact and clean BG.
I wonder if the composition would be more effective if you placed the subject more to the left (rule of third) instead of dead center.
