Hi Joe,
a nice picture of "björktrasten", the low POV is nice.
Maybe you should bright up the bird, it look a bit UE on my monitor. Good sharpness and fine details.
Why did you used your macro-lens when you have a big 300mm?
Well done, myf
Gert

Hello Joe,
I see you gave for his a lot of apples. Good sharpness and composition. If light was better colours would be more alive.
Best regards, Pawel

Hi Joe,
Good work, perhaps a bit dark as Gert pointed out.
Nice details, POV, and an interesting look-back pose.

A beautiful specimen captured nicely against the bright snow with the correct exposure to provide a high degree of plumage and colouration details Joe, a fine macro-study indeed my friend!

Hello Joe,
You did this picture pretty well with the macro lens.
I like the pose got on the bird, the plumage's details and the square format composition.
Having the picture so much pure whites and dark ones, it's kind of difficult to keep good details on both, but you managed so good this issue.
Congratulations and thanks for share.
My best regards,
JM
Hi Joe,
A lovely shot of this Fieldfare checking out your apple....golden russet?
It still looks very cold there.
Its actually cold here today, although the north of the country is experiencing a heatwave!
They've been saying on the news how hot it is around the country, and my friends were all sat around the coal fire this afternoon.
I'll try and get your book posted soon.
we've kind of hit a series of financial crises what with christmas, the hols, kids going back to school,fees/new uniforms/stationery/phones etc It's all been a bit hectic, but when I get a few bucks spare I'll get it on its way.
Sorry to keep you waiting so long, but I haven't forgotten you.
Cheers
Steve
