|Here is another shot of one of the Eagles I have been seeing at the Refuge. Some mite think the BG is a little distracting and I mite agree but I do like how he looks on the green moss covered branch. That's one of the things I really enjoy about shooting wild life, Is the challeng of getting that one great shot and some times even a moving subject in that perfect setting. Years ago I never thought photography would be so fun, interesting and challenging and rewording. Thanks every one for looking. Have a great weekend.|
I have added anouther shot of this guy in the work shop.

I agree, he looks almost regal sat there on his mossy perch! Personally i don't mind the background at all. Excellent detail and well composed, great to hear how much you enjoyed taking this.
what a superb 2 other photos of the Bald Eagle, i love both photos,
on this one the background it is not distracting at all, i love to see
the blurred branches on the background, the pose of the eagle is stunning,
great sharpness and details of its wonderful plumage, TFS

The bird is very well shown in your photo. I like the green ferns from the branch as they make a pleasent contrast with the brown of the bird. The sharply shown bird and perch looks very well against the blurry background.
Thank you for sharing,
