hello Mark

i can not help you, it is an excellent in-flight photo
shot with fine POV the bird his wing open,
also fine framing, you manged superbly your camera
to get details of the dark plumage, TFS

Beautiful pic!

It's either a crow or a raven. Jackdaws are small and look like they're wearing a darker cap on their heads and rooks have a high forehead that makes their beaks look thin.
