Fajne zdjecie kaczki na sniegu. Ladne kolorystycznie i kompozycja tez calkiem niezla. Jak zawsze w takich przypadkach [ciemne kolory na bialym sniegu] troszke niedoswietlona wyszla glowa. Ale nie jest to jakis wielki problem.

This duck i superb! I like the fact that you show it in an unusual environment. The bright surface of the snow highlights the rich colours of the duck at best. The sharpness is fine, too.
From my point of view, the fact that only a part of another duck is visible is a disturbing element. And the snow at some places is near to what must be considered as overexposed. In such cases, I prefer to underexpose the picture and to brighten the darker parts in the postprocessing.

Hello Slawek !
I love the Mallards, I had two of them at home, they are such gorgeous ducks ! You have captured this one nicely, I like the colors, and I like how the yellow beak and the orange feet are standing out. I agree with Markus, the parts of another duck are a bit disturbing, but I like the white snow all around the bird, it makes the picture look a bit unusual. Very well done !
