Hi All,

Today another shrike from the archive,this one has been made in the kruger national park ,South Africa.
a common seen bird in the krugerpark,but it often flies away when you want to photograph it,

This is the long tailed shrike (or magpie shrike,corvinella melanoleuca)

It's a very beautiful picture you present us. It seems that there wasn't any direct sunshine, and this gives the colours a very natural and tender aspect. I also like the position of the bird very much. Moreover, the unity of the colour tones is very pleasant.

Sharpness and details are perfect, the pose of the bird is gorgeous, the blurred BG is very beautiful, the composition and the POV are excellent - and of course, the bird in itself is splendid, I love its long tail. Very well done !

Hi Paul. This is a elegent looking bird that you have taken with fine detail and sharp focusing. I like the pose with its head turned to one side. A good POV/DOF. I like the plain coloured BG. well done TFS.
