[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was taken in my house. One night i observed 3 dragonfly insects resting on the fry stick of giridium flower. I was surprised to see the insects not moving inspite of me trying to take photos(sometimes with flash).

I am re-posting this close-up picture of same dragonflies after recieving comments from Ramthakur.

Hello Kumuda,

"Ladder of Success is never crowded at the top", nevertheless, any ladder but this one seems.

I saw your previous post and this one looks much better. You really picked up what Ram sir wanted you to do.

Keep Shooting!
Keep Smiling!

Prasad

This is a trio of Rock Dweller dragonflies, Kumuda.
The technical name is Bradinopyga geminata (Rambur, 1842).
There is not much information available on the web on this species, so just mentioning the name would suffice in your note on it.
Now, this is a better presentation in macro mode.
However, you need to work hard to sharpen your macro skills.
Begin with being extremely patient while shooting, understanding the dynamics of light and choosing your camera settings carefully. I suppose you have Nikon D80, which is a very good camera.
All the best.
Regards.
Ram
