[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

This photo (taken today from this rock) is one of the countless deedications to Professor Bayram Göcmen (boreocypriensis), a member mate we all respect very much. My Barea, this is for You, I hope You like it! The specie on the pic is Pulsatilla grandis, which I managed to capture today, firstly in my life (on two different rocks, many specimens). Protected by the laws in Hungary, due to its endangered status.

Apologies to those who I didn't write back a comment yet after my last post, I'll do it ASAP, but my next upload will be posted on Tuesday, it'll be a special one (until it'll be on the site I only comment Your images), and I didn't want Bayram to wait a week or so for his well deserved dedication.

Photo: unfortunately very strong wind was blowing on the rock plateau, which didn't help me to do this photograph. I tried my best in post-processing, although I think the flowers, which I focused on, aren't as sharp as I wanted them to be. Sorry, and thank You very much for Your opinions. Greetings, László

Hello László!

Fantastic place and fantastic photo! These flowers are another messengers of spring. Well composed with limestones and distant mountains on horizon.

BTW - last time I searched net for information about spiders and I reminded myself one of my favourite cartoon from childhood - Vizipók-csodapók :-)

Hello Laszlo,
I have missed this beautiful Pulsatilla-shot. A very interesting composition, which I like a lot. Again you include the environment and this makes the picture so original and instructive. Excellent framing and good sharpness.Bravo.
I know that you have in Hungary some similar kind of Steppe-flowers like in the alpine regions.
Best regards

Hello László

You have choose a very fine POV, in the same
time this is a flower and a landscape photo,
and for both categories wonderful composition,
with fine POV and framing, beautiful light,
love the way the foreground and its flower
are framing the far background, TFS
