[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On my walk today, I heard a commotion from some birds in a nearby treetop. When I looked up, I saw this hawk circling above the area. With the light behind him, I immediately thought this might be a red-tailed hawk. Am I right? With the missing tail feather, I'll be able to recognize him the next time I see a hawk in that area, and whether it is him or not.
