Hi Ciurenau,
Ah friend, you photographed a leafhopper (Sicadellidae)
I love these bugs!
They tend to be tiny, lively and varied!
Your macro is extremely good, as always, an excellent approximation, by exploiting well your camera and lenses!
This is the most accurate taxonomy of this beautiful insect:
Phylum: Arthropoda
Class: Insecta
Order: Hemiptera - (True bugs, cicadas, Hoppers Aphids and Allies)
Suborder: Auchenorrhyncha - (Free-living hemipterans)
Superfamily: Cicadoidea
Family: Cicadellidae - (Leafhoppers)
Subfamily: Aphrodinae
Genus: Aphrodes
Species bicinctus - (Aphrodes bicinctus)

Hi Ciureanau,
A very good macro of this tiny leafhopper.
I see that Jesus has provided the ID and information.
Now you can add it to your notes.
Cheers & TFS
