[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I went to check my mail and saw this guy waiting to have its picture taken. I did not use flash, the sun is reflected from its eyes.

I love taking picture of dragonflies, they are not afraid to let you close and even if they fly away they come back to exactly same place very often. You just have to set up your tripod and wait.

I agree with you Vahe, that dragonflies are one of the very few flying things, that you can capture with the help of a tripod!
This one's eyes look amazing. Looks like a 3-D thing, going to ram into your face! :)

I like a lot this lens Canon 60mm, F2,8. Nikon don't have a lens like this, 5x magnification.
The photo is beaautyfull, the detail of this big eyes.
