Phocides polybius (Hesperiidae)

Obrigada a Jose Roberto pelo ID.

Hola Nilson
a fantastic picture of this small butterfly taken from an excellent POV, very good sharpness and very beautiful natural colours, well composed.
TFS
Best regards
Maurizio

hello Nilson!

excellent sharpness and definition

Hola Nilson,
Very interesting butterfly, well photographed. Very good lighting and focus. Many thanks.

Essa pequena possui cores fantásticas!

Hallo Nilson
This butterfly has gorgeous and most striking colours, especially the mustard yellow at the bottom. You have captured its wide opened wings with great clarity, showing all the lovely details to its best. The red patches on the wings and head are eye-catching and draw ones attention to look closer. I like the point of view and composition. It was a pleasure to stop by such a beauty. Best regards.
Anna

Hello Nilson,
This is a real beauty, both this colourful species of skipper and the way you took it!
A fine specimen taken from a great dorsal POV to show its open wings with excellent sharpness ans contrast with the grassy BG.
Thanks for sharing this beauty,
Best regards,
Ivan

patches on the wings and head are cool and the pose makes it look like a stealth fighter. well done & best wishes, thor.

Hello Nilson.

Very nice photography of this butterfly.

Very good point of view and composition of the picture. Very good sharpness and depth of field, so that many details are visible. I particularly appreciate the contrast between the black color from the wings and the green color from the background.

Thank you for the sharing.

See you soon on treknature for other pictures.

All the best.

Philippe.
