It's been a while!
Incredible that this was taken at the summer solstice. Somehow the lighting and colours have a wintery feel, especially as the wet sand in the FG looks almost icy!
As usual for you the perspective and composition are first class and the saturated colours look natural.
Not many people have seen Kimmeridge Bay as beautiful as this!
Thanks and all the best,

Wonderful shot of the Kimmeridge Bay! The colors dueing late evening hours look stunning. The sharpness and POV is great as always. The harmony of various color building up due to the sunset and the reflection on the resting sand, fascinate me the most in this picture. Very well seen!

great perspective for an excellent landscape. Very good details and excellent light and water effects with optimal sky color shadings reflecting on the sea.

It is nice to take photos of special natural conditions and you have shown it well here. Good composition, perspective and soft lighting conditions has made this image even beter.

Another gorgeous image Paul taken at just the right time and outstandingly presented. Another that speaks of time and space.

Wow... what a superb composition! It is so dynamic. I am amazed at the power of the "swooshing" S curve of the shoreline. Then of course the marching rocks too, pull us out to sea and to the gorgeous pink. The light and mirror-like surface are the "icing on the cake"!! Beautiful work!

Great well saturated colours in this photo. I'm wondering how it all comes so blue. Superb pleasant composition, just taken from the perfect POV. Great DOF.

This is an excellent capture of this landscape with such beautiful colors/reflections, sharpness & composition. Nicely done & TFS.
Hi again mate :)
See...it's these kind of shots that make me want to go to the UK again and shoot some more seascapes ;)
Splendid shot of Kimmeridge Bay in this superb setting. I actually have photo from a very similar angle as yours here but the difference in tide and colors is staggering!
I also totally agree with Evelynn when it comes to the elements that make this look so great. To add to those, i like the side lighting here that illuminates only one side of the rocks and thus brings out certain features (like more textures or algae) that i'm sure make this a splendid large print.
Wonderful work, mate!
Bravo and TFS

First of all thanks for dedicating this photo to us. It certainly gives another impuls to keep posting on TN.
You've showed us yet another wonderful photo from your Dorset coast. As Evelynn describbed so beautifully, the swooshing curve of the coastline and the marching rocks have created a wonderful and powerful image. The beautiful gradiation of color from blue to warm pink made the photo even more wonderful.

This one really has a special color palette and I also like the well defined reflections of the stones.. A bit more noisy than usual (from you) but that's still OK and way higher quality than many landscapes/seascapes on TN ;) TFS!

I missed out on some of your images and that is a pity. The soft palette colours captured in this image is so beautiful. The image as a whole is soft on the eye and very pleasing to the heart. It has a atmosphere of peace and serenity that surrounds it and I am sure when you are there taking these beautiful scenes you are also at peace. A lovely image with great sharpness, viewpoint and composition. It was once again a pleasure to stop by such a dreamscape. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
