|Another walk (this time with my wife and some friends)... another bit of joy. Joy is so much more satisfying when shared with others. :)|
"In commanding us to glorify Him, God is inviting us to enjoy Him." - C. S. Lewis
I really liked the way the flowers here were turned in different directions in among the grasses, trees, and weeds of this setting... all displaying a beauty to the rest of the world. Even the calyx is beautiful as it lends support and protection to the corolla. Multiple bits of joy.
Taken hand-held, auto everything, 12X zoom lens partly extended, bright sunny mid to late morning. Some PP work to appease the inner eye. ;)

A beautiful composition showing the yellow flowers among the grass. Fine details and I love the light.

I've been walking A LOT, with dog, without camera. I have seen nothing pretty here since the flowers are mostly gone and the cacti aren't blooming. Joy is a perfect title for these beautiful flowers which, as always, are captured perfectly with beautiful colors and fine details. You are a master of composition.
Again..your style is as well defined as is your writing....it has become a daily routine for the one sitting beside me now and for that we both thank you!
