Hoi laurens,
Ik heb dit jaar geen enkele aandacht besteed aan de ochideen en ik denk dat ik nu wel te laat ben. Misschien moet ik toch van het weekend m'n plekjes even langs gaan en zien wat er nog staat.
Dit is zeker een pracht plaat met erg mooi detail en heerlijke warme kleuren.

Hi Laurens. Just a good as the others. With rich colours and fine detail. i like the flower head on the right which is wide open. It standsout from the plain BG. well done TFs.

Hi Laurens,

Oh yes, again great capture of the orchids, but this time, if you really look at the picture carefully, one of the orchids (in BG) gives you a nice 'happy' face feeling, really cheerful touch to this shot.
Rest, the sharpness and POV are ideal with wonderful contrast between the colors of the orchids and blurred green BG. The shallow DOF works well here.
Wonderful composition!

Prachtige orchis met deze lachende bekjes, hoewel de onderste niet zo vrolijk kijkt:-)
Fantastisch gefotografeerd, enorm scherp en schitterend in kleur. Vanuit een uitstekend standpunt genomen.
En toch wacht ik nog op die ene uit de workshop.

A charming duo of Bee Orchids you show us. These flowers look a little bit like slippers of a princess.. They exist in my country too, but I never have seen them in the nature.
