[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Australia, Victoria, Kyneton, Black Hill Reserve.
In my region of Australia we have had the best September rains for 10 years.
At last I can walk early in the fog and rain and know that the ground is soaked and more rain will be run-off into the dams. The bark, dropped by the trees in summer, is saturated and starting to be the site for decay and fungi. The air is fresh and invigorating. Spring growth will be stunning and the wild flowers are starting to make their presence felt with vigour. |

Hello Barry !
What a wonderful picture ! I really love the sad mood of this picture - fog, naked and dying trees, dull colors... Wonderful atmosphere. I also like the details you managed to capture throughout the whole picture. Composition and POV are both just perfect. Very well done !
Valérie.
