Hello Joe,
You did it very well. Every feather is visible exactly, excellent clear colours of Robin. With such lens BG is perfect.

Hi Joe,
it's nice to see you again and I hope you are fine.
This is a quality picture with very good sharpness and tons of details, I can count every feather i the plumage.
It's also well exposed with nice and natural colours.
I like DOF to, the whole Robin in good focus and it stand out nicely from the BG.
Well done.

Hi Joe,
You british guys with your luck of seeing so many Red Robins. We here on the mainland are not that lucky seeing them and especially posing so beautiful as you captured him.
I love the contrast between the soft BG and the sharp details of the feathers. The human ellement is actually a nice touch, since the wire draws the eye to the Robin.
TFS,
Niek
Hi again Joe :)
Dude...i don't know what you did here...but it's superb! And by that i mean with the camera's sensor. I don't know if you've overclocked its processor or completely changed its system, but i've never seen a shot from me (the same body) at ISO 800 with virtually no trace of noise!!! WOW!
Great work my friend! The exposure parameters are impeccable and the level of details on the cute robin is fantastic!
Very well composed and framed, too.
Just one more question, though: why did you use the drop-in UV filter?
Anyway, TOP JOB, mate!
BRAVO and TFS

Super shot Joe,
Love the fine detail and gorgeous natural colors!! Excellent composition and perfectly exposed!! Well done!!
Funny how much of a difference there is between a European Robin and an American Robin.

Such a precious little bird. Yep, the little thing is a bit scruffy, but just too cute! Great capture, wonderful depth of field.
