Hello Peter,

Very good light almost nightly, integral in the photographic plane. I am happy the way up this picture using square cut. As always, very good information from the butterfly and this time of the plant where it lies. Excellent! It is an honor to have you as a neighbor today! Greetings, thanks for sharing and happy Sunday!

Jesús

Lieber Peter,

Hello Peter,
The freshness of this specimen, the POV showing it resting with the wings closed, the sharpness with good DOF, colours and neutral BG all contribute to a fine portrait of semiargus in this well-composed image.
We have seen only one individual last summer when they normally are quite common in our area.
Thanks and best wishes,
Ivan
